These discussions are for people who care about working with children, adolescents and families, as well as young people and parents who want to know more about child and youth care.

C2Y Podcast is an extension of Connect To Youth (C2Y), located in Toronto, Canada. C2Y provides a distinctive workshop experience for adults who want to build better professional and personal relationships with young people. C2Y employs youth who have experienced the social-service system in Ontario. With their unique experience and perspective, the C2Y Trainers deliver educational workshops to a variety of adult learners including social service providers, businesses and parents. Through a facilitated and interactive scenario forum, Connect To Youth trainers help enhance communication skills (between parents & youth or staff and youth), build better service teams, and create stronger relationships. C2Y Podcast is hosted by Wolfgang Vachon. For over 20 years Wolfgang has supported young people to overcome challenges through the use of their own capacities. Wolfgang is currently a full-time faculty member at Humber College teaching in the Child and Youth Care program.
